We start as early as 7am and keep going until the route is finished.

Do you charge for delivery?

All scheduled deliveries are free of charge.

Do you offer emergency deliveries?

Yes! We understand that sometimes life just gets in the way. Give us a call and we will work you into our schedule.

Do I have to be home?

As long as you are a current customer and not out of gas, you do not need to be home for your delivery. Just make payment arrangements before delivery! If there is an interuption of service (out of gas) a system check must be performed and your presence is required.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order you can contact us here, or you can give a call at any of our store locations. If your order is already on the schedule a cancellation fee may be assessed.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you sure can. Just create an account and go here.

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to make all deliveries within 3-5 business days. While we do try our best, sometimes Mother Nature has different plans. During big winter storms and prolonged low temps, it is very common for housholds to use quite a bit more than standard winter weather. For this reason we do ask that you call us when your tank is at 30-40% to avoid the last minute rush.


Can I buy my gas ahead of time?

Yes, of course! We offer price protection programs in the summer for the upcomming season. These programs are generally announced in July-August. Check back here or give us a call for more information on program release.

Do you offer automatic deliveries?

You bet! We offer a keep full program proven to keep your tank full, giving you one less thing to worry about. We also use a state of the art tank monitor system that can see in real time your tanks percentage, free of charge for all of our leased tanks on keep full programs.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans.
